Charlton Park 2's 40 - 17 Swanley Men

It was a tough day on the road for the men in green and white.

The first half looked promising for the swans, the game plan was flowing, and the rugby looked good. The half ended pretty much square between the 2 sides.

The 2nd half commenced, and Park had really gotten into the swans' heads. Mistakes started to increase, and morale was dropping.

The swans did begin to mount a comeback. However, the Charlton boys quickly stamped that out and managed the game well.

A mixture of experienced heads in the pack and pacey youth in the backs meant for a well-deserved win to the home side.

Congratulations on the win, lads. We look forward to the return visit.

A week off now for the men, so it is time to lick our wounds, analyse, and evaluate.
