Southwark II's 17- 12 Swanley Men

With thanks to sponsors, Go Coaches, the men took the trip up the A20 to Southwark to try their luck on the newly installed 4g pitch.

The Swans dominated the first 60 minutes, gobbling up possession, nailing the set piece, and holding the lead for the majority of the game.
But Southwark was calculated. They rode out the storm and capitalised when it counted.
The boys were left frustrated with the fact that the game was won by the fantastic performance of the lancers 10 and his right boot. A well-deserved MOTM was awarded to him.

Now, onto the important subject. Southwark lancers put on the best post-match food EVER!!!
A full spread was laid out of various different buffet items that would make an M&S catered party blush.
We will be pushing for as many friendlies down in SE5 as we can possibly get!!

Congratulations to Southwark. It was an enjoyable game, and we can't wait to have you at the nest again.
Another tight loss for the green and white, but it's still positive for the direction of the team. Week on week, the lads are getting blooded and building towards a strong plateau.

Next week, the U13s welcome Dartford Valley to the nest as they continue their mini league campaign.
