DOR Debrief
We had a fantastic day across our youth section last Sunday
The u5s and u6s were up to their usual shenanigans with coach Paula at the nest working on rugby based skill games.
The u13s welcomed Bexley in their newly formed collaboration to have a joint training session ahead of their first friendly together next week. Coach Bill and coach Dave put them through their paces with a good insight into their scrummaging.
Westcombe park minis festival.
The U8s and U10s made the short trip down the road to Combes' annual minis festival and had a blast.
The U8s, playing in their first ever festival, managed a great set of results with 2 Wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss! Well done, gang!
The U10s, who also joined up with our friends Bexley, in what's looking like a real prosperous venture, had a stormer and finished top of their group!! Fantastic results.
Not to forget our U11 nomad, DOR Jr. Who moonlighted with Gravesend and caused all types of upsets in the scrums, managing to steal numerous against the head.
We now get ready for our trip to Blackheath for their festival with plenty of fire in our rockets.
Come on, you Swans!!
