Swanley Men 44 - 45 Guys St Thomas Hospital
End-to-end rugby saw a fantastic afternoon of entertainment for the Bevy.
Once again, the Swanley men found themselves shy 2 players, however, the lads from Guys, with the spirit of the game at heart, agreed to match numbers with rolling subs.
The game saw a superb display from both sides, playing to their strengths and exploiting the oppos weakness.
Swanley had the strength in the carries and well-planned phase play, and Guys used their young speed and quick steps around the edges of the pitch.
This led to the sides taking turns to chalk points up on the board.
A huge performance from all in the green and white once again, the last 18 months have been a tough slog for the swans, but these last 6 weeks have truly shown things are back on the up, and there's life in these old dogs yet.
Special mentions to James "6 minutes" Bacon for his long-awaited return to the game and what a game it was. Also, to Tom Jones Harvey for finally getting his intercept try after 7 yellow carded failed attempts. As always, thanks to our bevy for the continued support spurring the lads on until the final whistle.

Next week the swans take the long trip down to Dulwich to face Old Alleyians, can the green and white finally capture the golden goose and secure a win against Old A's?
