Newly elected Mayor Horwood reached out to the club for help with a vulnerable resident of Swanley, whose garden had become unmanageable.

Led by our biggest horticultural fan, a gang of green and whites tended to the scene and didn't beat around the Bush.

Mayor Horwood said “I’m really grateful for the practical support the Rugby Club gave to the resident and for all the volunteering they continue to do in our community - thank you!”
